• Analyze and select process technology for oil and gas separation, desalting and/or dehydration of crude, produced water treatment, gas compression, gas sweetening and NGL recovery

• Developing of PFDs, Material Balance, and Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P & IDs)

• Expertise in plant utility design such as Heating/Cooling Medium and Flare System design, PFD, and Heat & Material Balance, separators, pumps, safety relief and control valves

• Process design of Multi-Well Production Pads facilities consisting of test separator, annulus gas vapour recovery and associated pipelines

• Modelling of steam distribution, production gathering pipelines, and low-pressure gas pipeline, utilising HYSYS and Neotec-Pipe-flow simulators

• Preparing Design Basis Memorandums (DBMs)
